Delivery Of 24 Cup Cake Baking Pan

My new cup cake baking pans have been delivered! I am really pleased. These have 24 spots. It is the maximum size that fits into my residential oven. But I'm not baking cup cakes with these.
What makes sense to me and will make my life easiest is to use this to make and freeze oatmeal breakfast cookies. Then when I've had a rough night or I'm just too groggy to turn on the oven I am still able to eat a healthy breakfast. This is about taking care of myself and doing what I have control over to help improve my circumstances.
