Received Medication History For Past 3 Years In Preparation For New Family Doctor

This morning I requested a 3 year history of medications I have filled at the pharmacy. At the end of March I am switch family doctors. I wanted to demonstrate that I am responsible. By proactively requesting this and bringing this to my intake appointment I'm able to take the first tangle step in showing I am trustworthy and invested in my life.
