My Honeywell T6 Pro has just been replaced under warranty. I am glad this is done. I heavily rely on the app to control this thermostat from my tablet. Then I don't have to experience pain in my hips and knees to physically go to the thermostat to change the temperature of my home.
The conversation with the service technician was helpful. What I described happening with this thermostat is way out of the ordinary for this model. He explained what is typical with Wi-Fi (like the signal resetting). This is otherwise a good thermostat.
