Ordered An Electric Blanket

I'm needing to do a cement pour before the Canadian winter arrives. I've been reading different articles that say not to cure cement below 50 degrees F. I've ordered a large electric blanket to act as a heating source for while this cures. It needs to keep the cement warm for 7 days. This should work out well.
The only down side is that the electric blanket turns itself off automatically every 10 hours. I am sure I'll be able to press the "on" button 3 times a day. I also need to protect it from the elements for 7 days. It will be a relief to see the drain cast and in place for my yard drain. It will certainly be a huge step forward in establishing my yard drainage.
