My New Rice Cooker Is Broken

A month ago I purchased a pair of mini rice cookers. The switch to turn one of them on has already broke. I read in the comments that they weren't robust. It is surprising one broke so soon. They are still under warranty. I will need to deal with this "sooner than later".
