Routine Dental Cleaning

I had my routine 3 month dental cleaning. I have yet another cavity. It is small. I am grateful it has been caught before it becomes serious. I have an appointment lined up in about 6 weeks to get it filled.
I am trying to do what I have control over. I use an electric tooth brush. Yesterday evening I purchased high fluoride toothpaste. I am trying to protect my teeth as much as possible.
