Delivery Of Welding Blanket

I have wonderful news. My welding blanket has arrived! I am so happy about this. The welding blanket I purchased is 4 feet x 6 feet. It is able to handle momentary heat of 3,000° F and sustained heat of 2,000° F.

The reason this is helpful to me is because of welding outside. I am able to prevent a fire using this with my arc welder. This is also helpful when I'm using my angle grinder.

Ultimately I am getting myself setup with the tools I need for welding. This is especially important in preparation for welding gusset plates to my mobility scooter in order to strengthen it. In addition to this I have purchased a few 12" x 12" welding squares. These work well together for my setup.
