Inquiring If Ontario’s Health Care Coverage Would Pay For A Consultation In Newfoundland

I want to know if a consultation in Newfoundland would be covered by Ontario's health insurance. The hip disease I had as a child is (relatively speaking) most common in Newfoundland. The orthopedic surgeon from Newfoundland overseeing my treatment has died.
