Hole For Grounding Rod Dug

The hole for trimming or bending the grounding rod underground for my weather station has been dug. The licensed electrician is telling me I require a minium of 6 feet buried. 8½ feet are in the ground. When I am doing ok I will be able to tend to finishing this step off.
I am finding it fascinating learning about the setup. I find it interesting learning how things work. Specific to the weather an accurate forecast will also help me prevent the harm of water damaging my wheelchair.
