Thank You Card And Cactus For The MRI Technician
[ Thursday June 6th 2019 at 4:47 pm ]

I have ongoing medical appointments. Every so often a health care worker stands out for doing a really good job. I try to acknowledge this.

Most recently this happens with my MRI imaging. The technician went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable. She was compassionate with the pain the MRI imaging session caused me. She was also very responsive to the needs of my body in order to get the best imaging quality possible.

I've just dropped off a "thank you" card and small cactus plant to express my thanks. I can't put into words how grateful I am. This isn't about the results of the MRI being extremely helpful to me. What I am thankful for was a hospital employee being attentive to me in the moment when my hip joints and knee joints went stiff. I was well taken care of. I can't say enough good things about this staff member.
