Received My Final Property Tax Bill For 2019

My 2019 final property tax bill has arrived. My property taxes have increaed $77.80 compared to 2018. My property tax installment payments are in really good shape for 2019. All that remains is $237.37 due in September 2019.
I don't have the financial means to pay for any of the installments out of a single disability pension monthly benefit. I have to start designated money for this during the previous calendar year.
Additionally the city where I live is very gracious to home owners receiving the disability assistance offered by the Province of Ontario. There is a grant that is equal to approximately 1 of the 4 installments.
I have the money necessary to pay the remaining amount owed and am in really good shape for my 2020 property tax installments. It is a relief. My utility bills are predictable. The property tax installments are a bit of a wild cat. I am glad to know the funds I owe and know this is within my means.
