New Issues With The Laser Engraver Computer

I am having technical issues with the computer used to run my laser engraver. It is randomly shutting itself off. I so wish the program was Linux based. I don't know a lot about the Windows operating system. I prefer how customized Linux is.
To date I've eliminated hardware failure. All the testing shows the integrity of the computer hardware. I will need to reach out for technical support to understand the issue and have it resolved.
I can't run the laser engraver in this state. With the computer shutting itself down I won't have a completed piece to sell. I sure how this is able to be over come.
