A Used Color Ink Jet Printer For My Laser Engraver Setup

I've been given a special opportunity. I was offered to either be given or purchase a used ink jet printer. I decided to pursue this opportunity. This was just delivered to my home from the person I'm buying it from.

In March 2018 I purchased a color laser printer. I purchased this for desktop publishing the books I plan to write and sell themed around living with a physical disability, using a wheelchair and chronic pain. I thought about if I really need an ink jet printer. I already have the function of printing with color.

When I did my research in using a laser engraver for income I was encouraged to do something different, unique or special to add value to what I created. The ink jet printer supports the function of printing photos. I will be able to use this to make a 4" x 6" photo of what my laser engraver etches.

I will get some practice making photos later today or tomorrow. One of the young adults I've supported for several years just had a baby. I was asked if I would print off a variety of photos for starting a photo album of the baby. I am happy to do this.

It is truly wonderful being able to give back in light of all the help I require to function in life. I see the youth and young adults taking course to face their lives with how visual my physical disability is and yet remaining engaged in life.
