MRI Imaging Of My Knee Joints Appointment
[ Friday May 17th 2019 at 4:53 pm ]

My local hospital has called. The MRI imaging of my knee joints will be on Tuesday morning. It is obvious the surgeon used his clout to get me assessed.

I will be glad when is done. It isn't that I am anxious. How this affects me is that it simply needs to happen. I've had the better part of 15 MRI imaging sessions performed since 2007. This isn't much different than brushing my teeth. It is another day at the office.

After more than 14 years of an unsuccessful recovery my expectations are low. Anything that comes of this will be positive. After my body consistently having a different response than expected anything that is positive coming from this will be a pleasant surprise. Instead of getting my hopes up I rather choose to be pleasantly surprised.

My focus shifted to quality of life. I am doing what I have control over. I pray for the Lord Jesus to add momentum to this. Then I go a day at a time.
