Inquired About Moving My Registered Disability Savings Plan To Another Financial Institution

I've made an inquiry about moving my Registered Disability Savings Plan to another financial institution. I am not sure what to think. The financial instiution significantly closer to my home doesn't have in branch support for the Registered Disability Savings Plan. They rely on telephone support. This just isn't practical. I am having so much trouble with my hips and knees. I just don't have the focus needed to conduct banking business by phone. I don't know what I am going to do.
