Physiotherapy For When The Warm Water Therapy Pool Undergoes Annual Maintenance

I have arrived early to the facility where I use the warm water therapy pool. I have done so intentionally. On August 28th the aquatic center will be closing for 3 weeks. This is to undergo annual maintenance. I came early today to test an idea I have. There is a Workout Room the facility offers that has various equipment for exercising all areas of the body. This room contains 3 machines that are designed for the legs that will continue facilitating the recovery of my right knee joint.
Stopping exercising for 3 weeks would be foolish. I don't want to loose all the progress I have made in recovering my right knee joint after it was replaced. I would be really gutted if this happened to me. I have been trying really hard to do my part of the work in my knee replacement surgery. It is working. I do like it when a plan comes together.
I came to find out about each machine, see how it works and think through if it would be suitable for me. I am not trying them today. The warm water therapy pool time slot I signed up for starts at 2:00pm. I have seen enough that it is worth coming about 90 minutes early tomorrow to try about 5 repetitions on each machine and see how I feel an hour after. An hour time frame after physiotherapy is how long pain caused by the physiotherapy should last. Too little means I need to do more and lasting longer than 2 hours means I have over done it. This seems promising.
