Yesterday I placed an order for another 40 frozen meals. These were just delivered. I am not far enough along in my recovery to be doing my own meal preparation. This is proving to be a great alternative. I have been buying the Healthy Choices meals. These do not contain the Health Canada warning for being high in sodium or saturated fat. The amount of pain I am experiencing around my incision is sucking so much energy out of me. There isn't a lot of help I need. By having my meals already prepared I am maximizing what is necessary to live the recovery process of having my left artificial hip replaced. This makes structuring my days so much easier.
