Follow Up On Referral To Specialist

I called the clinic where the specialist I am being referred to has his office. This specialist has his own administrative assistant. I left her a voice mail message asking to confirm the referral fax was received. I've also asked for an approximate time frame of this consultation to help me plan my physiotherapy.
