Strategy #24: Build a routine for the time you spend healing. Designate time for eating, personal hygiene and the strategy decided upon for you to progress through your recovery. Then when this is done make time to listen to music, watch your favourite videos and spend time with friends (in person or online) who are supporting you through your medical journey.
