Knee Slider Board Wood Purchase: Take 2!

I went back to Home Depot. Attempt #1 to make a knee slider board hasn't worked. But I learned a whole lot. I simply needed wood to complete attempt #2. I anticipate this working. Instead of using my woodworking router to make the channel where the bearing goes I am instead using quarter round. This is a style of wood trim where the wall and floor intersect. I properly love using things in ways they weren't designed for.
However the travel to Home Depot has triggered the nausea in the knee joint that isn't being replaced on April 24th 2026. When I get home I am going to need medication to treat the nausea, supper and then have a rest. It is worth doing this. I need to be able to follow through from surgery. This sure is getting me thinking about how I will conduct a recovery with my other knee joint being compromised and not having been able to heal from both of my artificial hips being replaced in 2025.
