Your Life Giving Force
Your Life Giving Force is to help you identify the foundations of a well balanced life and the reason for each. Once you have a handle on these doing the things you enjoy in life won't be at the expense of making life stressful. There is no shame in identifying areas in your life that need improvement. What is important is that you keep growing as a person.
Have A Consistent Bedtime
This is to establish your body clock and a healthy sleeping rhythm in your life. This will allow morning to indeed be morning and the same with nighttime.
Make A Decision To Consistently Eat At Regular Times And To Eat Healthy
As much as practical buy your groceries from the outside walls of your local grocery store. This is often made up of fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and the food that requires refrigeration. When this isn't practical try as much as possible to avoid foods with high fructose corn syrup. This is a sweetener that is added to prepared food. When eating this it makes you feel hungry sooner and is one of our modern traps causing a person to gain weight.
Do Twenty Minutes Of Exercise Each Day
Daily exercise is able to be as simple as going for a walk, walking in a mall or exercising at your home. When struggling with a injury or living with a physical disability chair based exercises are a possibility. It isn't required to have exercise equipment or a gym membership before you are able to exercise.
Take Part In Community
If you aren't able to find a group based around an activity you join "in real life" consider your online options. Use social media that has group options to find a topic you enjoy. Pay attention to the posts and comments to assess if this is where you'd fit in. Then challenge yourself to post and not continually become withdrawn and isolating yourself. This may not be easy at the start. The same will happen over time as what takes place with weight training. It will become easier for you and a place to share your life with others.
Schedule Time To Do Some Chores Each Day
Could be laundry. Could be sweeping the floor. It could be making your bed. This could be doing some dusting in your bedroom. You will be amazed and pleased with yourself for getting something done. If you are having a hard day this could be making your bed and sweeping the floor. Before going to bed at night think about what needs doing the following day. If you get into the routine of doing a few chores each day it becomes manageable and won't fee overwhelming.
