Effects Of Pain Based 1 to 10 Pain Scale

This is the pain scale I use. It is based on the effects of pain. This is in contrast to rating pain currently being experienced in relation to the worst pain a person has experienced. The reason I switched to this method is because of the progressive effect of arthritis. I am more consistent with the medical community using this style of expressing the pain I experience.
