Spray Painting Strapping Using An Electric Wheelchair

I've receive a new electric wheelchair battery charger. Overall I like my new electric wheelchair battery charger better what I was using. But it doesn't have a bracket to secure it to the shelf. I don't want the new battery charger to fall on my head while I am sleeping. I am spray painting metal strapping to match the color of the battery charger.
