Winter Electric Wheelchair Driving Safety

An overview of the challenges presented by operating an electric wheelchair outdoors in a snow based winter climate. I've included 3 photographs to highlight the challenges presented by snow and chunks of ice. I've also talked about the practical issues involved to help those who need to endure this plan ahead. I've just purchased an HD web cam for use in creating these videos. With this change I failed to enable the microphone clipped to my shirt during the creation of this video.
