In this video I have something very special to share with you. I had the opportunity to attend Montreal Biodome on June 21st 2024 with friends. It was awe-inspiring. I often live in the moment. When I am having a hard time with my hips, knees or ankles spending 45 minutes on the waterfront trails in the city where I live brings me to the head space of being objective and I'm free from the burden I am experiencing.
