Making A Mincemeat Cake

I am hoping to accomplish two things with this video: 1 - Show how to make a single service Mincemeat Cake 2 - To challenge those don't have the energy to cook from scratch to think of how they could improve store purchased mixes I think baking is a great outlet when chronic pain debilitates a person and reduces their quality of life. I just want to help you see your quality of life improve. If you are able to develop a set of skills for the kitchen it is possible to save a lot of money on "take out" food and perhaps spend money on your physical disability where it is badly needed.
