In this video I talk about and then demonstrate ankle exercises. I made this video after a trip to the ER department of my local hospital. I partially tore my achilles right where this joins into the bones. I am trying to help others not have the same injury and be proactive. Besides wheelchair uses this would also be good for seniors and those recovering from hip or knee replacement surgery so your ankles will support your program of learning how to walk again.
