Shortening A Shoe Or Boot Lace

In this video I show how I shorten a boot lace and make new aglets using heat shrink tubing. I am presently enduring an extended period of water based physiotherapy. The lace that keeps my male bathing suit on me tore and needed replacing. Canadian stores are now selling winter boot laces. The lace I purchased needed to be shortened in order to be suitable for use on my male bathing suit.
