Help Cleaning My Bedroom

Today I had help cleaning the room I am sleeping in. It is amazing what an hour of work with the help of an able body person was able to accomplish. I talk about this in this video. I also share some of the candid lessons I am learning (and re-learning). I really hope people either dealing with physical disabilities, chronic pain and those suffering from hoarding can see some of the good that has come out of my life to be inspired to deal with their own set of issues.
