My System For Paying And Storing My Utility Bills

I've switched up my system for storing my utility bills. I am now scanning and keeping them archived on my computer with a backup on an external hard drive for peace of mind. In this video I talk about the process I am using. I share the frame work for someone who might want to begin using this system for keeping old utility bills. The reasoning for this change is decluttering my home. This frees up a filing cabinet draw holding old utility bills. This also eliminates the clutter on my desk of utility bills pending filing.
