Scavenger Hunt - Indoor

This video contains an indoor scavenger hunt. I've set it up so the items to look for are displayed at the bottom of the screen. In the video I teach a key lesson which has helped me in coping with my physical disability and chronic pain. It is the lesson of keeping my mind active. Even when my body is out of motion for the day I am still able to enjoy life. I've talked about this strategy to help equip you for the long term while providing this activity for you do today.
