Spray Painting Aluminium Tubing Using A Wheelchair For Mobility

Step 1: Apply masking tape to threaded rod Step 2: Insert aluminium tubing to be painted onto threaded rod Step 3: Stuff both ends with bits of paper to center the aluminium tubing around the threaded rod. Sufficient paper needs to be added so the aluminium tubing rotates as you rotate the threaded rod. Step 4: Support threaded rod. I've used my Green Bin handle Step 5: Cover electric wheelchair "joystick" with a plastic bag so avoid air borne paint from adhering to it. Step 6: Apply spray paint while rotating threaded rod. Light coats work best
