Customer Service For People In Wheelchairs

I've made this video using my experience of shopping with a power wheelchair. Some cashiers are amazing at offering to be helpful in a way that preserves dignity and respect. Others are unsure of how to act. I've made this video to be a resource in improving your interactions with someone in a wheelchair. I also want to suggest you think of this as building loyalty to the store as you assist, show care, concern and compassion.
