Support For Youth And Young Adults Who Are Really Struggling

While I was at the pool this evening i witnessed a teen who had been self mutilating / cutting himself. I know life isn't always easy or fair. There are times when we all face challenges which must be overcome. I've made this video for those of you who are feeling alone, needing someone to affirm the pain and to know it is ok to ask for help. I sincerely hope this is an encouragement for you.
