Making New Friends At School

I've made this video to help youth make friends at school. This is going to be a process. I've shared what worked for me when I was in my teens. The video is to help give you ideas for inroads into lasting friendships. I encourage you to have your parents or guardians be part of the process. Also if you are struggling with lonely, depressed or anxious over not having friends so your parents or guardians may arrange proper support for you as you adjust to life.
