Unexpected Help From A Neighbour
[ Tuesday January 3rd 2017 at 9:11 pm ]
As I left for the swimming pool to do my physiotherapy last evening I carried one of my recycling boxes to the curb using my power wheelchair. When I arrived home I carried the other. Today has been non stop rain. It is very hard on my power wheelchair when it gets wet. I couldn't go to the curb to retrieve them. This evening I used my power wheelchair to take my fruit peelings to the green bin outside. To my surprise a neighbour has brought them to their place under the awning beside the main entrance to my home. Little things like this mean so much to me. Someone cares. It does a lot to help me keep pressing forward in my life.
