It Is Okay To Ask For Help From Social Assistance Programs

I've made this video to affirm my support of those who need to reach out for supports from social assistance programs (food banks, soup kitchens, geared to income housing, etc). I've experienced nothing but dignity and respect from the staff and volunteers on front lines of these programs.
