Re-Seating Laptop Computer Memory

While in college I was known for fixing the dorm mates computers. I've had a friend from my college days come visit me. My friend brought a computer with him for me to diagnose and repair. It was a very simple repair: The memory just needed to be re-seated. This was causing the computer to shut down after 2 seconds. The same thing happened to my computer after 4 years. The only difference is my power on indicator flashes to indicate the memory had come unseated. In this video I demonstrate how to re-seat laptop computer memory.
