How Does Chronic Pain Affect Me

I've made this video for two reasons. The first is to share what I personally endure as a result of being in chronic pain. I've made this to share tips in how I manage my pain for others who are struggling with their pain. The reason reason for this video is to educate others what it is like to live with chronic pain. Part way through the video my camera started to go out of focus. I've decided to still post this video because of how I explained this topic. I apologize for the poor focus near the end. I will work to address this.
