Spray Painting Wheelchair Hub Caps

In this video I share the process I used to spray paint my wheelchair hub caps. The manufacturer paint was chipping off. The hub caps on my wheelchair bolt directly to the motors. I wanted to protect this metal since it is structural. I've used the color blue because it is my favourite color. I haven't demonstrated how the tire - hub cap are removed from the power wheelchair. I've provided some general guidelines. Removing this from the wheelchair is intuitive. Before I spoke specifically of how I painted the hub cap I included some tips to help those who are interested in performing their own power wheelchair maintenance.
