Tightening A Loose Wheelchair Or Scooter Bolt

This video has a demonstration of how to tighten a loose wheelchair or scooter bolt without the use of an impact drill - driver. I've given suggestions of how the owner (someone with limited mobility) may monitor their mobility device for loose bolts. I made this video after seeing numerous bolts on the side of the road which have obviously fallen off peoples mobility devices.
