Very Poor Experience With My New permobil M300 Electric Wheelchair

I received my new electric wheelchair four days ago. Already a wire came loose within a motor. Then flutter started in the front right wheelchair on the third day. I was driving at full speed when the flutter occurred and it caused a violet crash with the curb. This damaged the rim. Update: The manufacturer replaced the damaged caster - supporting metal structure without any hesitation. They also replaced the bearing. A meeting is being arranged between myself and their regional technical support agent. They are also thinking I need more time to adjust to a different shape and the responsiveness of this electric wheelchair. It is possible I over corrected when the flutter started causing the accident.
