"When I See You My Aches And Pains Go Away"

After completing my pool physiotherapy session an elderly man said to me "When I see you my aches and pains go away". This was a comment of encouragement. I've made this video talking about my recovery from many surgeries, managing day to day life during the recovery and speaking up when needing to ask for help. I also share some of the practical strategies I employ while adjusting to life and the unsuccessful surgeries.
