I've made this video to empower you with the ability to explain your pain to people in your life. After living with chronic pain for more than a decade I've had several conversations where I've had to get creative for friends to understand what it is like that I live with and the challenges created by the pain. I am hoping this will will get you thinking about your own situation and come up with an explanation for the key people in your life who are trying their best to understand and support you.
