Creative Parenting Activity

Our Creative Parenting Activity section contains activities we have to help give life skills and experiences in raising your children. These are especially dedicated for parents who have a chronic illness or disability. We hope our weekly ideas will spur on your thoughts in what will help the next generation be equipped to thrive in their adult life.

Activity Of The Week: Activity #22

• Woodworking is a life long skill to have as an expressive outlet during the hard times in life and a helpful skill when creating products to aid in day to day life. If money is tight tools to get started could be a birthday or Christmas gift and used as motivation for doing well at school, good behaviour, reaching goals or something specific to the needs of your child.
