If you find cooking hard start by using a slow cooker and searching online for recipes which are nourishing. Additionally a slow cooker meal may be prepared before you leave for work removing the temptation to purchase restaurant or snacking foods and allowing you to arrive home to unwind with a ready made meal and the energy needed to complete your household chores.
