• If there isn't money for birthday presents consider making a voucher to give your child to redeem spending time with you one on one. For example this could redeemed for time together at a park feeding peanuts to squirrels or if it is winter time going out together to look at the Christmas lights and decorations. This may be especially valuable when there is more than one sibling and so the child may experience your presence in their life.
