A New First: Standing Up Without My Right Artificial Knee Joint Bending Outwards

I spent 3 hours doing physiotherapy for my artificial right knee joint today. It is much harder to do without the warm water therapy pool. But with my knee replacement surgery incision beginning to tear itself open last night I did these at my home.
I've made reasonable progress. For the first time since my knee replacement surgery when I stand up my right leg is straight. I spent about 90 minutes stretching the tendons and ligaments.
Then I spent about the same amount of time using my peddle exerciser. I am now able to peddle complete 360 degree circles. I can't do it fast. I need to take breaks. But I am able to do it.
The damn exercises are working even though it is putting my body through proper hell. The new first this evening is being able to stand up with both of my knee joints in the same position. I doubt it is permanent yet.
But the very good news is that my knee replacement surgery recovery is still happening. The well trodden medical knowledge says any recovery after 12 weeks becomes so much harder and is nearly impossible to achieve. At this stage I am beating the odds. The recovery isn't harder than it was 6 weeks. In fact it is starting to get easier.
