Delivery Of Grocery Order

The groceries I ordered to get me through most of June 2026 have been delivered. I have heavily focused on frozen food. The recovery from my right knee joint being replaced is beating the snot out of me. It is using up all the energy I have to muster into a recovery.
With an artificial hip you are able to be lazy about the recovery. An artificial hip will still heal. When you lay down in bed you are moving the hip joint. The effort to get to a toilet rehabilitates a hip. When you reposition your body while sitting you are doing a form of physiotherapy.
There is no natural movement of the body that passively rehabs an artificial knee joint. You need to force an artificial knee joint to heal. It is honestly like the ultimate thumb war. You make progress while doing the stretches. But then you loose a bunch of gains as soon as you finish. It has been a tug of war this whole time to make progress. I am able to make my life easier with frozen foods so I am eating healthy while going through my recovery.
