Reassess My Incision And Seroma

I have just finished an appointment to have my incision and seroma assessed. Since June 13th 2025 it has open 4 times. Each time this happens makes for a very painful 30 hours. By the time the incision opens again I have only just started to get my energy back. The problem is that I am not making a full recovery between instances. I am becoming worn down. I came to the hospital emergency department today to get help with the pain I am experiencing before I am wrecked.
It isn't just the artificial hip being replaced that is causing me pain. My surgeon has agreed to replace my right artificial hip. Both went into hardware failure in December 2023. The goal for my second surgery was initially the very end of summer. For this to happen I need to be able to convalesce. Being in pain following surgery limits the healing my body is able to do. My seroma is interfering with the healing process. While this is happening my right artificial hip continues to injure me. I want to have my next surgery so I may have my life back. This hasn't been an easy process.
I hate to complain about it. I have seen much worse with my many health care appointments. For the time being the orthopaedic intern is telling me to stretch and this will promote healing. I am willing to try. I will see how it goes.
